Sales Negotiator JOBS UK LONDON
Quest Employment are excited to be offering a Sales Negotiator role within a high end, well established property consultants in St Albans.
Salary – £14,000 – £17,000 basic plus commission OTE 20-27k
The commission is an office target not personal which is rare in this industry and therefore, provides greater stability.
Hours of work will be Monday-Friday 8.45am-6pm and every 3rd Saturday.
Dealing in the mid-upper section of the property market, you will ideally have previous experience in the property sector and be a keen and driven individual, looking for a new and challenging opportunity.
You will benefit from excellent progression prospects, excellent earning potential, team commission and other incentives depending upon experience.
Main Duties and responsibilities –
* · Liasing with prospective purchasers and identifying their buying and selling needs.
* · Conducting viewings on behalf of Vendors, demonstrating excellent levels of communication, providing prompt and constructive feedback to vendors after viewings.
* · Negotiating offers to secure sales.
* · Administration tasks.
* · Sales Chasing, dealing with solicitors and other professional bodies up to exchange and completion.
Essential Skills/ Criteria –
* · You will have good attention to detail, excellent negotiation skills and a strong work ethic.
* · You must be a car owner and driver with a full clean UK driving licence.
* · Self motivated and driven.
* · Previous sales experience within the property sector.
* · Organised.
* · Excellent communication skills
