Client Services Manager - 12 month contract
Client Services (Partnership) Manager required for a world leading Media and Entertainment group with major well known household brands in their portfolio.
They are now one of the largest global outdoor advertising consultancies having grown through many recent high profile acquisitions.
They are looking for a dynamic Client Services Manager (also known as Partnership Manager) to cover maternity leave for a 12 month period. They require someone to manage a team, handle a range of client contracts and ensure the smooth running of the department.
The Role
To manage the contracts team and ensure that the team supports any new business requirements from the tender process through to winning new contracts for the business.
Ensure that internal processes and databases, communication with landlords are consistent and appropriate for each area.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Contracts team to ensure a highly efficient working team, including training and development plans.
- Collaboration with key managers across the Development team to ensure resources, tasks any new business is managed by the team and allocated accordingly within the team.
- To manage existing landlords or existing sites in order to identify opportunities for both the business and the client
- Ensure internal processes and databases are appropriate for the business and develop where necessary.
- Run successful rent savings exercises along with the appropriate format manager.
- Ensure Management Reporting is produced within set time scales.
- Understanding of property leases/licensing and the ability to negotiate contracts
- Maintaining good internal relationships between departments, so all processes run smoothly and to plan
Key Skills & Experience
- Ability to negotiate
- Self-motivated and able to manage one's self
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of property legal documents
- Strong IT skills in all Microsoft packages
- Existing knowledge of handling Corporate Landlords would be preferable, but not essential
