Qualifications Putting your expertise to the test Technical knowledge is important, but so is the ability to communicate well with a variety of different teams. This is about tact, understanding, and objectivity. Being a trusted voice as you speak for HS2. So you could transfer your skills from utilities, infrastructure or any kind of relevant industry. That said, it’s important that you’re an excellent manager of workstreams with a real talent for public-facing communications and putting forward coherent, compelling arguments.
